Tiny Kicks - Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Tiny Kicks · Last updated 18 August 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how the Tiny Kicks mobile application (“Tiny Kicks”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information. Tiny Kicks is a personal fetal-movement (kick count) and pregnancy tracking app for iOS and Android.
iOS bundle identifier: com.quills.kicks
Android application ID: com.tinykicks
Tiny Kicks is a local-first wellness tracker. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Summary
Kick sessions, due date, weight logs, and settings stay on your device. We do not create accounts, and we do not operate a backend that receives your health information. Advertising partners may receive limited device and ad-related data if ads are shown.
No sign-in, email, or profile is required.
No cloud sync of kick counts, due date, or weight.
Daily reminders are scheduled locally on the device.
Optional ads are served by Google AdMob unless you purchase Remove Ads.
3. Information stored on your device
The following information is saved in on-device storage (for example iOS/Android app storage via AsyncStorage). It is not uploaded to our servers because we do not run an app server for this data.
Health and pregnancy-related information you enter
Kick sessions: timestamps, kick count, target count, optional notes, and per-kick times
Optional estimated due date (used only to show gestational age)
Optional maternal weight entries and unit preference (kg or lbs)
App settings
Kick target, reminder on/off and reminder time
Language preference
Onboarding / disclaimer acceptance
Whether ads have been removed on this device
Uninstalling Tiny Kicks deletes this on-device information, unless your operating system or a backup you control retains a copy.
4. Information we do not collect
Tiny Kicks does not collect or require:
Name, email address, phone number, or account credentials
Precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
Payment card numbers (purchases go through Apple or Google)
Remote analytics of your kick or weight history
Sharing a session summary uses the system share sheet. We do not receive the destination you choose (Messages, Mail, and so on).
5. Advertising
If you have not purchased Remove Ads, Tiny Kicks shows banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). Ad requests may include device and advertising identifiers, IP address, coarse device information, and ad interaction data so Google and its partners can serve, measure, and combat fraud in ads.
The app requests non-personalized ads from AdMob where the SDK supports that option. Ad partners may still process technical data as described in Google’s policies.

You can remove ads with a one-time in-app purchase. After a successful purchase, banner and interstitial ads are hidden on that installation.
6. Tracking and identifiers (iOS)
On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework may ask whether Tiny Kicks can use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver relevant ads. You can Allow or Ask App Not to Track.
If you choose Ask App Not to Track, ads may still appear, but they should not use IDFA for cross-app tracking. You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
7. In-app purchases
Optional Remove Ads purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple and Google handle billing under their own privacy policies.

Google Play: https://policies.google.com/privacy
8. Notifications
Daily kick reminders are optional and off by default. If you turn them on, the app requests notification permission and schedules a local repeating reminder on the device. Reminder content is not sent through our servers. You can disable reminders in the app or in system settings.
9. Permissions
Notifications — only if you enable daily reminders
Tracking (iOS) — only to support relevant ads if you allow it
Internet — to load ads and complete store purchases
Tiny Kicks does not need access to your precise location, camera, microphone, or contacts for its tracking features.
10. Children
Tiny Kicks is intended for expectant parents and other adults tracking a pregnancy. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are configured as not child-directed.
11. Health information
Kick counts, due date, and weight that you enter can be sensitive health-related information. They remain on your device unless you choose to share a summary through the system share sheet or a backup you control.
Tiny Kicks does not replace professional care. If movement feels reduced or different, contact your healthcare provider.
12. Security and retention
On-device data is protected by the security of your phone or tablet (passcode, biometrics, and OS sandboxing). We do not store your kick or weight history on our servers.
Advertising and store partners retain data according to their own policies. You can delete app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling Tiny Kicks.
13. Your choices and rights
Edit or delete sessions and weight entries in the app
Turn reminders off
Decline tracking on iOS
Purchase Remove Ads
Uninstall the app to delete local data
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to certain processing of personal data. Because Tiny Kicks does not host your health logs, start with the in-app delete controls and uninstall. For advertising data held by Google, use Google’s tools and policies linked above. To make a request to us, use the contact details below.
14. International use
If ads are shown, Google and other advertising partners may process technical data on servers in the United States or other countries. Those transfers are governed by the partners’ terms and safeguards.
15. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be noted in an app update.
