This Privacy Policy describes how we handles information in connection with the Baby Gender mobile application (“App”).

1. Overview

The App uses the traditional Chinese gender prediction chart. You enter the mother’s date of birth and the approximate conception date to see a prediction. The App is for entertainment only and is not a medical or scientific tool.

  • Mother’s date of birth
  • Approximate conception date
This information is used only inside the App to compute the prediction. It is not sent to our servers or any third party.
Information stored on your device
  • Your chosen color theme and light/dark appearance preference
  • Whether you have viewed the in-app disclaimer
This is stored locally on your device (e.g. in the app’s local storage) to remember your settings. We do not collect or receive this data.

3. How We Use Information

  • To show the Chinese chart–based prediction in the App
  • To keep your theme and appearance preferences between sessions
  • We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or selling to third parties

4. Data Storage and Sharing

  • All data you enter (birth date, conception date) and your preferences stay on your device.
  • We do not transmit your personal data to our servers or to third parties.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or social login. If we add such services in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, please contact us and we will address it.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is no central retention. Data on your device remains until you delete the App; deleting the App removes all local data.

We do not transmit your data over the internet. Any data you enter is processed and stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we do not collect or hold your data on our systems, the only copy is on your device. You can delete all data by uninstalling the App.
